The Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Ajara Avtandil Meskhidze and the Director of Agro Service Center Gocha Beridze hosted the Acting Ambassador of Lithuania in Georgia Jurate Ramoskiene. Ramoskiene got acquainted with the implemented and ongoing projects of Agro Service Center and visited strawberry and tomato greenhouses, as well as grass fodder machine and Vine and Fruit nursery in the organization. Implemented and future projects in agriculture financed by the Lithuania were discussed at the meeting.

The Ministry of Agriculture of Ajara Zaur Phutkaradze met students and the lecturers of technical faculty of Shota Rustaveli State University in Agro Service Center. He discussed the implemented and ongoing projects of the Ministry and the involvement of students and lecturers in it. Artificial Bio climate and the Greenhouse were the main subject of lesson explained by the Teachers of Biology and Physics. The pupils attended practical workshop in Gvara-Khutsubani Vine and Fruit Nursery of Agro Service Center, where they have been introduced with the crossbreeding process of vine saplings and technological novelties of organization. Besides they visited tomato and strawberry greenhouses. Two-day workshops have been attended by the 100 pupils from Batumi, Qobuleti and Khulo public schools.
