Agro Service Centre commence new project for farmers

Agro Service Center commence new project for farmers, which implies development of model farms and receipt of maximum profit. The Agro Service Center consultants provide 50 farmers chosen from municipalities of Ajara with free recommendation-consultations regarding to the farm management and planning. In particular, farmers are taught when to take agro technical measures, how to improve the plant breed and how to make farm profitable. Implementation of recommendations will be monitored by the Agro Service Center consultants periodically and the results will be evaluated at the end of year. Above mentioned project aims involvement of specialist’s recommendations in the process of farm management and development of profitable farms.

Within the frame of project the specialists of Khelvachauri Informational-Consultative Service Center visited selected farmers in village Gantiadi. After the examination of plants they found citrus infected with various fungus and pest diseases and provided farmers with concrete advises regarding to the measures against the pest diseases. Agro Service Center specialists pays a same kind visits to all selected farmers and help them develop their farms.
