Consultations on farm’ development commence

The consultants of Agro Service Center visit farmers within the frame of Agro Service Center new project. At the present, the specialists of Khelvachauri Informational-Consultative Service Center observed the farm of Karlo Mjavanadze in village Mnatobi and got acquainted with the current activities and expenses done by the farmer. They also took the soil test on PH and visually examined the citrus plantation which turned out to be infected with phytophthora, pests and moth.  They provided farmer with concrete recommendation regarding to the measures against the pest diseases. As for the infected tomato crops because of already started harvest treatment measures is not recommended and specialists advised farmer to change the plantation area for the next year. Agro Service Center specialists will visit farmer periodically and provide him with appropriate recommendations.
