Agro Service Center consultants have got involved in the process of agrochemical research of soil
In order to determine the fertility of soil the Ministry of Agriculture commences agro chemical researches. It is the week now since the specialists of "Anaseuli" Soil and Food Diagnostic Center begin to take soil analyses from the different districts of Batumi. Three groups have been created for the above-stated purpose including the specialists of Batumi Informational-Consultative Service Center.
Several months ago agrochemical research of soil was made in Khelvachauri and Qobuleti municipalities as well and the first results of research were introduced by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of A. R Avtandil Meskhidze to the farmers.
Agrochemical researches of soil have been made in the frame of targeted program of the Ministry of Agriculture of A.R. The results of analyses made in Batumi districts will be known till the 15th of August, based on which farmers will be provided by the recommendation regarding to the soil fertility.
Agrochemical researches of soil will continue in the Mountainous Ajara after is finished in Batumi. Up to 200 tests has been taken in total throughout the region, which will support to show the general picture regarding to the fertility of soil.
