The training about the sweet pepper and strawberry cultivation finished

The training for the farmers and cooperatives about the sweet pepper and strawberry cultivation has been finished in Agro Service Center. Gilad Marek and Rivka Offenbach, Agro experts from Israel made the presentation about sweet pepper and strawberry production in greenhouses and shared their experience with the training attendees from Samegrelo, Guria, Imereti and Ajara. Training, which was financed by the Embassy of Israel within the frame of MASHAV program, aimed enhancement of farmers’ knowledge and support of greenhouse development in Georgia. The training started on 12 October and finished on 14 October. The head of MASHAV Program Giorgi Jgenti attended the training as well. He informed the training attendees about the MASHAV programs which are about the various sectors of agriculture. The farmers and entrepreneurs were granted with the literatures about the strawberry cultivation by the Agro Service Center, which were financed within the frame of ENPARD Ajara program
