Employees of Agro Service Center attend training

In order to enhance the qualification the employees of Informational-Consultative Service Center attend trainings in Business Incubator. They learn how to involve the farmers in information receiving, analyzing and decision making process. Beside this, consultants study the modern standards of extension methodology in order to make it easy for farmers use novelties, recommendations and consultations provided by the specialists in everyday practice.   

Trainings are held by the independent expert in sustainable development Alexander Bagdadze within the frame of UNDP project. It began in 23th of September and will last two weeks.  40 specialists of Agro Service Center attend trainings and special certificates will be given to them at the end of study. Agro Service Center plans to enhance the qualification of specialists in the future as well.
