The employees of Khelvachauri Informational-Consultative Service Center commence discovering the Fall Webworm dissemination areas

The employees of Khelvachauri Informational-Consultative Service Center commence visiting villages in order to discover the quarantine pest, Fall Webworm dissemination areas. They determined infected areas by the first generation of pests in Khelvachauri, on the mulberry and nut tree near the territory of ex house-building enterprise, as well as on the nut tree along the road near the school in village Peria, on the mulberry tree and nut tree near the territory of hotel “Sputnik”. The owners of trees have been provided with the consultations by the employees of Informational-Consultative Service Center in regard to the use of mechanical methods for treatment against the Fall Webworm, in particular to use the torch for destruction of diseased areas.

The surrounding areas of Makhinjauri sulfur bath, ex cattle farm, kinder garden and school territories in Gantiadi has been also visited by the Agro Service Center specialists, but dissemination areas of first generation pests has not been found. The employees of Khelvachauri Informational-Consultative Service Center will continue visiting villages in order to reveal the Fall Webworm dissemination areas
