Gocha Beridze met with the employees of Informational-Consultative Service Centers

Working meeting was held between the director of Agro Service Center Gocha Beridze and the employees of Informational-Consultative Service Centers. Two month working period and the activities done by the consultants within the period was discussed at the meeting.

Informational-Consultative Service Centers were established in every municipality of Ajara Region and in Batumi on April 1st of 2013. The aim of above mentioned service centers are to provide farmers with consultation/recommendations regarding to the important agricultural issues, as well as about the current and planned programs of the Ministry of Agriculture of Ajara. Agronomists, Veterinaries, Agro Engineers and Financial Managers working in Informational-Consultative Service Centers have field and group meetings with farmers twice a week.

 “The main aim of your job is to provide farmers with information/consultations and by this help them to solve their problems,” told the director of Agro Service Center Gocha Beridze while talking with the consultants at the meeting.

The problem solutions and future cooperation plans were also discussed at the meeting.
